The biggest stress your dog will encounter during the stay is being in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people. At Miss BIBI, by shopping and doing trimmings at the salon, your dog can become more familiar and trusting of our staff. It will also be a load off your mind to know that your precious pet is in good/familiar hands.

We also share the records from our various services, meaning your dog’s health status, personality, favorite foods are well understood. This way, we can provide a customized hotel package for every visitor.

Through our consultations, we can create a detailed custom-made schedule for aspects of their stay such as walking, feeding and playing indoors. Walking can be done with members of a group, or individually – whichever matches your dog’s normal daily routine. This way we can keep your pet’s stress level to a minimum during their stay.

Also, a JPC Certified aroma therapist conducts our dog aroma service. Our therapist will perform an aroma treatment that is suited to the condition of your pet at that time, effectively reducing your dog’s stress levels further.

• We watch over the dogs in our care 24 hours a day. They will never be left to feel sad or lonely.
• By talking with the owner, our staff can decide on a schedule that highlights times for feeding, walking and even what kind of games your pet enjoys. By keeping the schedule as close to your pet’s usual routine, we can greatly reduce the stress felt by your dog during its stay.
• Our staff will carefully check when your dog wakes up/goes to sleep, when and how many times your dog needs the restroom and the condition of his deposits. Using that information as a base, we will send you a report on the status of your dog once a day with a photograph attached. At checkout you will also receive a report with pictures.
• In the unlikely event our air conditioner breaks down or stops working, we have a backup air conditioner ready to go. Whether it be mid-summer or the mid-winter, we can guarantee a steady pleasant temperature.
• In this space your dog can play with our staff, or depending on your wishes, your pet can play with other dogs in our care. In this case, our experienced staff will always be present and closely observe the rapport between the dogs so they can play safely. We can even build social skills for dogs that do not usually come into contact with other dogs, however please note this growth in social skills varies depending on the dog.
• Dogs who always spend time together can rest comfortably in this spacious room, half covered by a roof.
• The staff will take your pet for a walk in a quiet area twice a day while continuously paying attention to the needs of the dog. It is also possible to extend the walking time, although an additional fee will be incurred.
• We will give your pet a gentle aroma massage, helping your dog to relax and reduce stress. Most dogs enjoy the massage with a relaxed expression on their faces! (We stop the massage if the dogs do not enjoy it).
• The aroma therapist will observe your dog’s mental and physical state and choose an appropriate aroma from a wide selection. In recent years, it has been proven that aromatherapy is effective for animals.
