Can I book trimming or a hotel stay online?

Please contact us through the online enquiry form. You will be contacted after our staff has seen your enquiry. Please phone us for reservations for the next day.

I would like to use your hotel, but I can’t get there during working hours. Is it possible to check in and check out outside of your salon’s opening hours?

Unfortunately we can only check in and check out during our opening hours.

Can I bring in my own food for my dog when it stays in the hotel?

Some dogs get an upset stomach because of the change in environment. We usually recommend that owners bring in food their dogs are used to, but if you don’t have time to prepare beforehand, you are free to buy from the dog food we stock in the shop.

Can I request a trimmer by name?

Yes you can. There is no extra cost in requesting a specific trimmer, so please feel free to do so.

Can I order products you have in the shop over the phone?

As a rule, we ask customers to purchase products online that are not displayed in the shop. Otherwise, please phone or use the online enquiry form and our staff will try to assist you.

Can I bring in my own shampoo to be used during the trimming session?

Feel free to bring in the shampoo that you usually use, however, the price for the service will remain the same.

Can you order in products for me if I can’t find them stocked in your shop?

It is possible if it is from one of our existing suppliers. Please feel free to ask us for more information.
